Specific service deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in separate, binding Statements of Work (SOW) or contracts mutually agreed upon by both parties.

2. User Responsibilities

When engaging with Asara Global LLC, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery.
• Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
• Comply with all local, national, and international laws relevant to their business operations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any shared proprietary methodologies or business strategies.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, methodologies, strategic frameworks, and materials provided by Asara Global LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of Asara Global LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain all rights to their pre-existing intellectual property and data provided to us during the course of service delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asara Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the specific contracted entity of Asara Global LLC operates, unless otherwise specified in a formal contract.
