Entrepreneurship Initiatives

  • Incubation

In this stage, we incubate the idea owners through training, coaching, mentorship, motivational sessions, and learning journeys. During the incubation, the incubates will be trained on how to start a business, how to manage business affairs with a focus on product/service development, how to sell, and many more result based activities.

  • Business Acceleration

There are many examples of business failures in the market of developing markets due to a lack of technical business supports. Mostly the ideas were/are successful in the process of changing to businesses but surviving in the complicated market like Afghanistan is much more difficult than turning an idea to a business. This is where the business acceleration of Asara helps the businesses to find out their weaknesses, strengths, and potential opportunities to grow and sustain.

  • Co-working Facility

The second major challenge for the businesses in Afghanistan is finding a professional working environment with lower operational costs. The Hub is a co-working space in Kabul and one of our ventures, where we offer a professional working environment with all needed services and amenities at affordable prices for startups, freelancers, and businesses.

  • Access To Market

Asara helps startups and corporate businesses with access to the market. We help firms with introducing their products to different national and international markets through organizing B2B, exhibitions, networking events, conferences, and initiating new initiatives based on needs.

  • Access To Capital

Our entrepreneurship services start with technical support and end with access to capital. After successful completion of each incubation program, we have our own models of access to capital, where we help startups to secure their initial/expansion capital investments. Asara helps the incubates and other entrepreneurs with access to capital services in different stages such as seed-funding, venture capital, and initial public offering (IPO) in international financial markets.

  • Global Network

One of the vital factors for having a sustainable business in developing countries like Afghanistan is to explore expansion opportunities to other markets with the same economic situation. Asara provides services to enable companies to build networks worldwide by making international partnerships and initiating new events for startups and businesses. Creative Business Cup, Global Entrepreneurship Network, and Global Startup Forum are examples of our partnership and initiatives for providing the opportunity to expand and operate globally.
