An initiative by Asara which gathers all Afghan entrepreneurs around one table to discuss the business problems and challenges, as well as, spreading the existing business opportunities in the market with each other. The aim behind this initiative is to invite all the Afghan business officials to a physical and virtual space for making a huge network of entrepreneurs in Afghanistan. This platform will help the new startups and entrepreneurs by providing them mentorship support, access to market, and access to finance. In the long-run, this network will work to positively shape the business law of Afghanistan.
In mid-2017, we signed a partnership with CBC international to organize the first chapter of the Creative Business Cup in Afghanistan. In the event, 100+ business-related officials participated, where 20 startups competed with each other to win the title of National Winner of CBC Afghanistan and representing Afghanistan in the Global Competition in Copenhagen, Denmark. The event was a great success with enough media coverage and networking opportunities. The national winner of CBC Afghanistan competed in Global Competition in June 2019.
Global Startup Forum, is the first international Afghan-based Startup event and platform where we are paving the way to Afghan entrepreneurs to have access to international startups network. The startups will have the chance to pitch their ideas in Global Startup Forum in front of the startups and other invited investors for finding potential partners, investors and so on. Besides pitching, the startups will gain enough knowledge to expand their business through attending different informative sessions. Since it is an international event, the startups will also have the chance of networking and making new international partnerships with other startups, SMEs, investors and so on.

During the incubation, the incubates will be trained on how to start a business, how to manage business affairs with a focus on product/service development, how to sell, and many more result based activities.
